采用双抓手导轨,抓料最大速度可达145M/MIN,智能检测孔位信息有效避开开孔位置,减少钻孔过程中换手时间。
配置气浮工作台和气浮压板,加工过程中板件上下表面形成气层,提高板件输送效率,同时避免划伤板料,压板钻孔同时完成,保证钻孔精度及效率,气排钻包安装位置独特,避免钻孔时板材浮动导致孔位爆边,偏差,并有效防止钻包积尘导致钻头卡死影响生产。

The installation position of air exhaust drilling package is unique, which can avoid the hole edge burst and deviation caused by the plate floating during drilling, and effectively prevent the bit stuck due to the dust accumulation in the drilling package, which can affect the production.

According to the output and process, the processing mode can be selected, and the forward and backward mode can be selected. After the plate is processed, the next long plate can be processed. The whole process is smooth and the standby time is short.
